Is just around the corner of Dolores Park. Their other location is located on 550 Divisadero St. We recently traveled to San Francisco for some sightseeing and delicious eateries. We definitely had to stop by Bi-Rite Creamery because we were told by many that San Francisco is the mecca of Ice Cream.
Bi-Rite Creamery has a lineup of goods handcrafted in store such as ice cream, soft serve, brownies, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries and more.
The Dolores Park location opens at 11am, and we came here at 10:50am to camp out. No lines were formed yet, but right when 11am hit, customers came rolling in.
The Bi-Rite team greets the customers, and then asks if any flavors would like to be sampled, and when you’re ready to order, the worker at the register simply rings you up in a blink of an eye. If you’re scared off by lines, don’t be. Bi-Rite Creamery moves pretty quickly because they set the sampling, scooping, and payment method at a fun and very efficient pace.
We selected the Roasted Bananas, Earl Grey Tea, and Ricanelas ( which is a cinnamon cracker ) with a cone. All three flavors did not disappoint and were definitely distinguishable upon each bite. Bi-Rite Creamery definitely lives up to the hype from our friends and family and we’ll be coming back to SF for some more!
